    Why are Americans such dreamers? That's all I've heard for the last 50 years, dream this, dream that, etc. I'm almost embarrassed at the lack of reality.

    British people first brought this to my attention. When a person of the World is interviewed, they tell their story, when an American does so, they talk about dreams? What in the hell is that all about. I just don't get it.
