The Milwaukee Bucks and Orlando Magic have agreed to a trade that will send J.J. Redick, Gustavo Ayon and Ish Smith to the Bucks in return for Tobias Harris, Beno Udrih and Doron Lamb, league sources told ESPN.com's Chad Ford.

Mcroberts to Charlotte for Warrick as part of that deal....
Really gonna miss JJ. Was begging for him not to be traded. Magic pretty much got nothing in return anyway so letting him go in free agency would have been no different.

JJ will have trouble finding shots with Ellis and Jennings there. Hopefully in free agency he can find a better fit for his services.

Awful move by Orlando. Once again they destroy a decent time that they had. They got rid of Howard and now JJ.

Dwight was going no matter what, why not get something in return instead of him walking away? Same thing with Ryan Anderson and same thing with JJ.

True, but we just need to work on keeping players rather than developing them and then letting them go.
