Free auctions would be great. At least I am hoping that they would increase the 50 free auctions to a much higher number.

Either they do that or lower the selling fees by 2% which would equal out to the eBay bucks cost. This will never happen by the way.

They probably realized they don't need a rewards program like this because they have no real competition. As for why they are keeping it in USA, Im not sure.
