Has anyone seen this card?

2011-12 Crown Royale Lords of the NHL Materials #7 P.K. Subban

Looking for either the jersey or patch version of this card, both of which are on the Panini checklist, but after a lot of searching, I haven't been able to find either.

The Eric Staal was never made as a jersey, only the patch version, but the Panini checklist reflects that. Although I've picked up a Neely patch, I also have never seen a jersey version of that one either, and it the jersey is on the checklist too.

The Subban is the last one that I need to complete the full set of the Lords of the NHL materials, so I'd like to either find one, or know for certain that it was never made.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I've picked up the patch versions of Staal and Neely to add to the set, because there is no Staal jersey version, and the Neely is just as scarce as the patch, but the Subban is still elusive. I e-mailed Panini, but they never responded. Still on the lookout though, it's the last card that I need for the set. Anyone ever even seen it? I've seen the insert, but no memorabilia version anywhere.
