eBay should seriously kick these bidders off their site whenever something is not paid for. People just bid on it to jack up the price with no intention of ever paying. In the end screwing over the people who actually want the card and the seller, by never getting paid. eBay should boot these people off there site!

but even that is not fool proof, the person still has to pay. only way to avoid it is "buy it now" with immediate pay option
