I'm not sure if Panini ever released print run info on those Player of the Day cards. I can't find anything in the Inventory System other than the listing itself: 2011-12 Panini Player Of The Day Autographs #POD4 Ryan Nugent-Hopkins

May have to send them a message on Twitter/facebook to get an answer.

    Uggh....

Why would they not make this wonderful card a hard-signed auto? What wrong with these companies. Does anyone realize that in 20 years, especially in a very dry climate that these stickers are just going to peel and curl into themselves?

Agree with you this cards design I's very unique and an on-card auto would have made it look so much better!

Do you honestly think they care,as long as you keep paying the $$$$$$ for wax, they will keep putting on stickers.

haha, i guess with stickers they dont have to worry about the players damaging the cards and they can just sign them and ship them back to the company
