Huge success today in the mail! I've done a painting for Columbus Crew player Justin Meram in the past. I didn't want to take any payment from him, but his way of repaying me was agreeing to take this 11x14 painting around the locker room and get the team to sign it. Just came back in the mail today with 21 of the team's signatures including superstars like Federico Higuain, Bernardo Anor, and Wil Trapp!

How much postage do u use when sending these paintings? Feeling artsy lately, bought an 8x10 canvas. Any tips would be helpful and appreciated!

When I send my paintings, I take them to the APC at my post office. Not sure if your post office has one, but mine has stations where you can weigh and ship your stuff instead of standing in line. What I do, is I never seal my packages when I go to send. I put the whole thing on the APC, put in the ZIP where it's going, weigh it, and print the postage. Then, another feature of the APC is to print stamps, and you can either print Forever Stamps or you can print individual stamps in any value. I just print a single stamp in the value of what the original package was. So, to send the painting to Mr. Doerr it was $6.49. After printing that label, I printed a single stamp valued at $7.00 and put it on my self-addressed envelope. It's always worked perfectly in the past. Hope that helps!

Great work on the painting. I notice you said you were a teacher in high school. You ever thought about painting some of the school players and selling them to them. Could generate some extra cash.
