    Oilers acquire Brown from Maple Leafs for fourth-round pick

    The Edmonton Oilers acquired forward Mike Brown from the Toronto Maple Leafs on Monday in exchange for a fourth-round draft pick in 2014.
    This season, Brown has one assist in 12 games as well as 70 penalty minutes. He has missed eight games due to a shoulder injury.
    Originally drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the fifth-round of the 2004 NHL Draft, Brown played 19 games with the Canucks before being dealt to the Anaheim Ducks in 2009.
    The Maple Leafs acquired Brown from the Ducks in 2010 for a fifth-round pick.
    In 254 NHL games, Brown has 14 goals and 11 assists for 25 points and 519 penalty minutes.
