I'm not going to get into the logistics of the bible but US law is based on seperation of church and state and freedom of religion for all. If a law only has a religious purpose and no secular purpose it is in violation of the 1st amendment and must be struck down. Besides religion there is no legal reason not to have gay marriage.

the laws are base on the bible. if you read the bible you see what i mean????

No they aren't. They're based on Judeo-Christian principles which, while based in the bible, have little to do with religion and everything to do with society.
