Bure was pretty amazing back then so cannot argue that one but who voted for Jackman over Zetterberg?

really? Because Lidstrom had just as many points (60) as Bure did that year - and played more games, and had a better plus/minus

how about Rick nash over both of those guys,he had a great first year also

nah... Nash played less games than Zetterberg (5), scored less points (5) and had a -27 vs. Zetterberg's +6

Eight NY Rangers won the Calder Memorial Trophy in the last 81 years. Most of them came between 1940 and the early 1950s.

Camille Henry (shown) won it in 1953-54.



It would be 19 years before another Ranger would win the Calder, when Steve Vickers did it in 1972-73. Only one more Ranger, Brian Leetch in 1988-89, would win the Calder to date.
