Cards like that don't appeal to me either, which is why I'll never buy any Panini product or the new Upper Deck stuff.
I do wish there were more competition in the market, with cards using the proper logos, team names and such. Topps shouldn't be the only supplier. MLB should allow more companies in on it and reduce the number of sets Topps can produce. I think Topps can make up to 15 baseball products a year under their license. Or maybe it's just 12. That's still to many, IMHO.
