Malhotra Card Question

There are 2 different Malhotra jersey cards from the 01-02 UD Game Jerseys set. There is this, which I own:
1-02 Upper Deck Game Jerseys #NG-MM Manny Malhotra NG
Shown here in my PC (bottom card):

Then there is this:
01-02 Upper Deck Game Jerseys Series II #GN-MM Manny Malhotra
what does this card look like? Is this it on COMC? It looks different, but it's listed as the same card I own:

Can someone help me? I'm confused, though I think this is the card I'm looking for, some other opinions would be great.

The card you own is from 01-02 UD Series 1 (NG-MM - Next Generation Subset). The other card is from 01-02 UD Series 2 (GN-MM - Generation Next Subset).
