A pro hockey player spent two days in the Gwinnett County jail after allegedly groping a waitress three times. Now, he’s in need of a new job.
Zoltan Laszolo Hetenyi, 25, was intoxicated and being held down by employees of the Arena Tavern parking lot early Sunday when police arrived, according to the incident report, obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Hetenyi, a former goalie for the Orlando Solar Bears, told police he was in town for an ECHL game vs. the Gwinnett Gladiators.
The team announced it had released Hetenyi following his arrest.
A waitress at the tavern, on Satellite Boulevard near Duluth, told police Hetenyi grabbed her buttocks with both hands and she told him to stop.
