Big flourish on the opening "C" with an extended baseline, straight and consistent lettering for the rest of the name.

Joe Sakic has a great sig, too, along with Yzerman (both mentioned above).

Ive always loved Jack Johnson's sig. so nice to see something like this on a card instead of a scribble nowadays!

A totally uninspiring pick, but I also have to echo the Crosby pick. It's unique, easily-identified, and shows thought, character, and pleasing aesthetics. Nothing against the more classic signatures, but to me, that's not really a "signature", per se, it's just those guys writing out their names using the cursive writing that they were taught in school (and that is no longer taught or enforced). Crosby put thought into developing his signature, which is why it is such a good one.

Props to Dan Bouchard and his psalms and his smiley face, too. Every single time.

I absolutely agree. Crosby's autograph is the real deal. Another one I've always liked is the one of Marc Denis. It looks great IMO and I think it's more than just a scribble. When you're into the classic ones, you can't go wrong with Philip Larsen (Dallas Stars). Oh, my! His signature is fantastic and he makes sure to sign it consistently. Well done, Philip!

I also think Martin Biron's autograph kind of stands out even though it's not very complex. Honorable mention goes out to players like Nikolai Khabibulin, Ilya Bryzgalov, John Tavares and Anze Kopitar.
