Google BGS or PSA as they are the most known grading companies. They charge more for quicker service and the longest turnaround time is 45 days I believe and that costs something like $8 per card but don't quote me on that.

I've never dealt with PSA, but I believe that there is a membership fee to submit to them.

PSA would be your best bet to grade that card but like others have said you need a membership for them which is dump in my opinion.

You don't have to be a member with PSA to submit cards to them. PSA did away with that a while back.
Step 1 is to figure out what company you want to grade your cards
step 2 is to decide how long/what service you want.
If you choose to pick BGS you cannot go wrong with the group submission here on SCF. The OP states that the pricing is confusing. Here it is straightforward and you don't have to mess with filling out the forms. It's all taking care of by our leader. But honestly IMO vintage like your Clemente should be graded by PSA.
