What a terrible person this guy is.

"I just intended to rape a 6 month old, not to kill her"

Can this guy even register how bad of a person he is and how sick that is?

This is why when someone is given the death penalty for an obvious crime they should not be allowed to sit around and challenge things and file endless appeals. This happened 15 years ago and the guy is still alive, costing the state government money to feed, clothe and house him as well as wasting money hearing his appeals (and probably paying for a public defender). As soon as the conviction was handed down he should have been walked out back of the courthouse and had a bullet put in the back of his head and been tossed in the dumpster with the rest of the trash. Keeping this scum alive is a travesty of the court system and a slap in the face of his victims.

The tax payers will be on the hook for this guy for the next 40 years. They need jails ran by inmates for serious offenders like this. The One knife or bullet conclusion would end the enormous cost of this man's incarceration.

If all States with Corporal Prisoners, were iron-clad prisons and ran by offenders themselves, inmate populations would return to 1960's numbers. Staff would only be there to air-drop food into the place. After 2 weeks you have one guy left, and you just leave him there to starve to death.
