What kind of quantities are you looking for?

I don't know if it would qualify as bulk but I have been able to buy packs of 3 from Dollarama for a buck each. (Generally they are large enough to cut in two and double the amount of bubble mailers you can use).

yeah that is why i am asking i bought from them a few times , but that listing has ended and i can't find a new one . I wrote asking if they had any more they were going to list but yet to get a response .

I bought 100 off a guy in Halifax, found him on kijiji. He said he had 10,000 to get rid of & they're pretty good quality, #000 size

I remember getting a box of 400 at a great price from a place out west that I found on Ebay, but I can no longer find their products. I'm not sure what you're looking to pay per envelope, but this one would be 25 cents per envelope:

I've found some Canadian Ebay sellers that are slightly cheaper, but they're usually the stretchy-material envelopes and/or they don't offer free shipping.
