    Nice fleer mailday but now a dilemma

    Got this nice pack in the mail today. First one i've bought. The gum is split in 2, is sealed, no tears but the corners have some wear,and the back has a Magic Johnson Sticker. Question is break or sell? Here are scans-

    would it be worth the extra bucks to get it graded? As you can see the corners do have some decent wear on them.
