Still have $700 for a resale lot. Looking for mid-high end!

So my search for a new lot hasn't gone very well at all the last few times i've tried, but I'm hoping this time is different.

I have 700 available in paypal.

I WILL check buckets as long as you can promise me that i WON'T have to make an offer once i let you know what i liked. You also have to let me know that you are willing to sell at the percentages Below:
(However with that said, it would be much easier if you make me an offer)

I usually pay 70-75% of average recent eBay sales.

Mostly interested in mid end cards with some higher end stuff.

I don't have to spend all 700 at once but I'm still only really interested in the mid-high end stuff, so i'm not really interested in plain rookies and inserts (unless they are high end Young Guns)
Also not interested in plain one color jersey cards for the most parts, with some exceptions obviously
