Rand Paul to black student: Bringing up GOP voter suppression ‘demeans’ Civil Rights

Paul was nice about it. I would have told the guy he was an idiot for comparing getting an ID to being forced to prove you can read and write. I then would have expanded by telling him that he was a moron if he thinks that only blacks will be expected to show ID.
I would then follow up by asking him why he thinks that the GOP was so deadset to prevent blacks from voting considering Obama couldn't have gotten elected without the white vote, because apparently he doesn't grasp that if every single black person in America voted for Obama and only 20% of whites voted for Romney that Obama would have lost in a landslide.

"He's gone crazy," "You have to snap out of it," "Take your meds," or, "Don't be such a downer" serve only to mock, belittle, and make light of mental illness. Such phrases only continue the negative stigma and keep those who suffer from getting help. If these phrases, or phrases like them, are part of your at-hand vocabulary, you are part of the problem. #STOPtheStigma

it is made up by racists, who are not the majority, but gives some nice leverage of those against them and is why it has never went away. The dems have found a way to make them all look racist, when the fact is, most laugh at the idea.
and if it were true and Obama won because he was black, then that means most whites must not be racist, but the catch is you had to vote for Obama to not be racist.Jay Shrewsbury
