What are your goals? How long do you think they'll take to accomplish them?

A little context: I was watching a video that had video clips about accomplishing great things in just a short amount of time (90 days). I don't really believe it, so I'm curious what others think about goals and how long they will take to achieve.

To Move/Sell 500,000 cards in 10 years. I started in March of 2003, and have 11,000 left to get rid of forever. This hobby is too consuming, and I'd rather have a life.

My goal was to become a high school head coach, accomplished it at 26. Now I am working towards my new goal of being a high school athletic director or college coach at the D2 level or lower.
