Topps rant

I currently have 3 redemptions out from Topps...2 from 2012 Magic and 1 from 2012 Supreme. All 3 are for Hakeem Nicks the Supreme is actually for a dual of Hakeem Nicks & Victor Cruz 1/1. I called Topps last month to find out the status of the redemptions and after waiting on the phone for an hour and a half finally got through for them to tell me Cruz signed but Nicks hasn't yet. This past week Five Star came out and I noticed that Hakeem Nicks has several autos in the product. It really grinds my gears that the can put out new product (on card autos mind you) when they haven't taken care of redemptions. Idk maybe I'm being irrational here but it just doesn't seem right or fair at all. I really feel like it's not even worth calling to complain about it because I don't have an hour and a half to wait around on the phone just for them to tell me they're still waiting.
