I too agree with most. Myself, i could care less about auto's or G/U cards. I collect to set build. But recently, and i believe because of this site, I've started collecting singles. Not singles of "hot" rookies, or "star" players, but of the "old school" players they have been making. Chamberlin, Erving, Cousy, Gervin, those are whom i'm after. Having a great time at it too!! My son and i have only bought 1 product in box form this year and that was Hoops. Low end, yes, but collectable and affordable. Those $200 and $300 boxes can come and go to us.

Also they missed big time by not signing DAMIEN Lillard, the rookie of the year.

They're mainly putting a ton of those scrub rookies in products because thats how than can make a killing of this double rookie class. They didnt sign Lillard because he wants more money per autograph than Panini is willing to pay. All those 2nd round rookies cost them next to nothing to sign autos, while veterans/legends, star players and lottery pick players cost a lot more.

Lillard signed with Leaf because they offered more money. Both companies made their offers and he took the one that paid him more. Karl Malone and Scottie Pippen have signed exclusive deals with leaf and I think leaf will sign more stars

I see leaf, in the future, being a huge card company. Two- hits per box
blaster is awesome.

Remember the days when autos were like 1:2500 packs to pull? Man we are spoiled now!
