Am I being too impatient?

Basically I entered 2 redemptions to Panini on April 28. RNH Contenders rookie auto /800 and Landeskog Dominion RPA /99. Both cards are live and its been 2 weeks and neither have been shipped yet. I am thinking about calling them am I being to impatient or should I wait longer. I have had problems with Panini not shipping live redemptions to me so what do you think? Thanks Jim

I would absolutely contact them. If we expect people at SCF to ship within 3 business days of confirming a trade/sale, I think it's reasonable to expect an entity that has an entire department dedicated to shipping redemptions to the same standard.

here's the reply you will get

"If we have the card in stock at the time of redemption, it will be mailed out within 6-8 weeks, if we do not have the cards and it exceeds the 4 month waiting period, the customer can request a replacement of equal value be sent instead. Hope this helps and have a nice day"

Just call them and ask to check on the status of a couple of your redemptions. Give them your info and they will check and see they are in stock. They will ship them right away.

I have done this 5 times and every time the cards where sent the same day. I didn't tell them that they where live or they may have said that the will go in the next 6-8 weeks. By just asking for them to check they went and found them.

It may not work but it has for me

I did call them and used hossasens suggestion. The lady I talked to said that they are waiting for the card to be signed when the card is has been live for 4 months lol. I told her that the card is live and she went and checked and got both of my redemtions shipped out for me! Thanks for the help guys!

How does something like that happen? I'm a guy that works in database management, and that's basic data entry entry stuff there. One click of a button is all it takes to get the right answer.
