    M. Trout Sophomore Slump?

Is it too early to say that Mike Trout is having a sophomore Slump? Your Thoughts?

Way too early. The entire team is struggling at the plate right now.

Josh Hamilton .204 AVG, .548 OPS
Albert Pujols .252 AVG, .762 OPS
Mike Trout .261 AVG, .766 OPS

Does anybody really expect those numbers to continue?

Trout's not going to put up the stats he did last season, but his numbers will have dramatically improved by the end of the season.

I'm actually not too sure on Hamilton, I feel like he can't be this bad, but if you've seen him at all this season, his ABs are TERRIBLE.

In a few more at bats he had an OPS+ of 89 in 2011. In 2012 he had an OPS+ of 169 (led the league). So far he has a 115 OPS+. A 100 is average so he is still playing above average even though he doesn't have great stats. I think he will end up improving on his numbers this season but they will be more similar to what he has now 115 than a 169.

Definitely too early. Just look at the April 2012 that his teammate Albert Pujols had. He started off ice cold, with people saying he wasn't the same, and he ended up at 30/100. Trout will recover.
