1 box Ultimate Collection, 1 BTP Need Help!

So I got the itch and decided to get something, and ended up with a box of n12-13 Between the Pipes, and a box of 11-12 Ultimate Collection.

Startin with the BTP
I got two autographs, both quite low end. a CHL Prospects Goaliegraph of Jordan Cooke, and a Decades auto of Dennis Riggin
the three Masked Men were all the regular red version, Dan Bouchard, Manny Legace, and Gary Simmons
the memorabilia was a bit better. First one was a Cole Cheveldave Jersey Silver, with a really nice three colour prime piece. and a Draft Day Jersey Gold Edition with a three colour Daniel Altshuller, and 3 colour plus seam Malcolm Subban piece.
Overall not bad, not great.

Then we move to the Ultimate collection box.
Starts with a Mike Modano dual jersey /100 both swatches all black. folled up with a Robert Bortuzzo Rookie, and a Taylor hall Base.
and then I saw that the big card was an auto patch rookie! a really nice patch on it, and numbered 25/25! Only problem is the name on it! as soon as I saw who it was I got worried. Devante Smith-Pelly. As far as I know, Ultimate was on the list of fake autos. Does anyone know if the new cards have been produced and distributed yet? Or if they are giving out an exact remake of the cards? Id hate to send this one in and end up with an all white patch or something in return! Or is UD still even replacing them? I know they can be bad if you wait too long..
