New Autos, Prizm Previews Shed Promising Light on 2012-13 Rookie Anthology Hockey

The palpable and ever-building anticipation for next month’s release of 2012-13 Rookie Anthology Hockey can best be summarized in three words: Silhouettes. Inscriptions. Prizm. Indeed, Panini America’s newest NHL product is set to launch June 5 boasting ample doses of each of those brand-making blockbusters — and it’s hard to decipher at this point which one collectors are looking forward to most.

Hockey’s debut of the Prizm technology in special Prizm Preview packs is certainly something to write home about. But the sheer beauty of the autographed Silhouettes and Rookie Silhouettes is pretty awesome, too. Of course, then there’s the see-through splendor of the acetate Inscriptions. Ultimately, as is always the case, collectors will decide which of the three they prefer. Either way, it’s sure to mean good things for 2012-13 Rookie Anthology Hockey.

Wow, the Rookie Silhouettes look incredible and so do the Elite Inscriptions. Add in the Prizms and it should be a GREAT product.
