Question about 99-00 Upper Deck MVP SC Edition

I've always remembered pulling my very first GU card when I was 10. It was from a retail pack on 99-00 Upper Deck MVP SC Edition. The cards was Game-Used Souvenirs Barrett Jackman Stick. Here is the set:

I know its not worth a lot, but my question is how hard were these to pull in retail packs? Does anyone know the insertion ratio for retail for this product? It may seem like a strange request, but I've wondered about it.
Please check my inventory before my photobucket!!! It's more up to date!!!

The common Game-Used Souvenirs in MVP/SCE were inserted at the following ratios:

Game-Used Souvenirs, Hobby & Retail in the USA: Ratio of 1:130 Packs
Super Game-Used Souvenirs Hobby and Retail In Canada: Ratio of 1:130 Packs

There was no favourable distinction between Hobby and Retail and by buying Retail it did not lessen your chances in getting a Game-Used, or Super Game-Used Souvenir.

I pulled a Stan Mikita 500 Goal Club Stick myself, from the only Retail box I bought. I still have the card.
