Georgia Town’s Mandatory Gun Law Unconstitutional According To The Brady Center
I have no problem with states passing symbolic laws that reinforce our constitutional rights. I agree there is no legal grounding to enforce it but I do like the concept.

This a completely ridiculous concept. What's next a law requiring every abled body person to attend Church on Sunday, unless they have to attend a tailgate party during NFL season. In which case they are exempt from the law.

Well, in concept, the right to decide against owning a gun, the right to decide what purchases to be made.
