Best/Most Reputable COA
Have been out of the autograph collecting game for a while. Have about 30 baseballs, 2 jerseys, a ton of pictures and cards. I know Steiner, JSA, and PSA were the most reputable when I stopped collecting. Looking to get back into it a litte, are those still the only really good ones to trust?
Thanks for your help

Max, I trust nothing that any of these authenticators authenticate. I trust Steiner, Upper Deck Authenticated, Mounted Memories, and TriStar. They do their own signings and if they sell something that is authenticated by the so-called best, PSA/DNA or any of the other jokers they inform you of that. I've also trust MLB Authentication and I've heard good things about Schwartz Sports but I have not dealt with them.

I used to deal with PSA/DNA exclusively until I sent them two Mickey Mantle autos, and a Mantle/DiMaggio/Martin Triple Cut Auto. Autos, that I know for a fact that were authentic. They all came back questionable. I have been finding this more and more with PSA. I flat out refuse to send them anything! I am out over $350 for these so called "professionals". I deal with Steiner and JSA now, and never had anything come back "questionable"
Ed.
P.S. Anyone want two Mantle auto 8x10 photos, and a triple cut auto of Mantle, DiMaggio and Billy Martin? LOL!!!!!!!

I've seen numerous auto's that were received in-person (IP) come back as questionable from PSA/DNA or JSA. I can sorta understand that as a rushed signature is sometimes tough to authenticate if they don't have the appropriate exemplars on those type of signatures. What I do have a problem with is them authenticating an item that was produced 10-20 years after a player has passed away yet this players signature is on the item. Kinda tough to sign an item when you've been dead for 20 years before it was produced. Just a bunch of clowns.

This input has really helped me over the last few months. I have another question though. What have people heard about GAI and Mounted Memories. I know above someone recommended them but I swore when i was collecting about 5 years ago these were both not the most reputable.
What do you guys think?
Thanks

I've heard good and bad about GAI so I would shy away from them. As I said in a previous post I would trust Mounted Memories totally. I dealt with CSA recently and they seem good also. I failed to mention I trust Mill Creek Sports and pretty much trust Radke Sports as they do their own signings. With that said they sell PSA/DNA, JSA stuff which I don't trust.
