    First ever custom.. Let me know your thoughts

    This is my first try at a custom. I took the Leaf Draft (Football) card and used that for the bottom. I know it is nowhere near what people on here design but I'm pretty proud of it!

    Not bad for a first time. What program are you using? In most cases you'd want to keep the whole photo on the card instead of cropping off parts, in this instance his feet. You can always use the gradient tool to make your sig box, something a lot of the guys on this site do. Keep on practicing and you'll start making some cool cards.

    I use GIMP and thanks so much for the tips! I'm hoping to get better!
