Tonka Beer Company a kind of local beer brewer. They are headquartered in Minnetonka,MN and use the name Tonka from said city but the beer is actually made in Monroe,WI. Its called Preservation IPA its comes in 16oz cans and is a bit bland but has a cool story. 100% of there profits are said to go to save-our-lakes.com and fro $3.99 for 4 hey why not but I don't see myself doing it again not as hoppy as I would have hoped for.

To get the best, travel to Czech Republic. They are the inventors or this beer above and of course the home of Pilsner Lager. The City of Plzen, in the Czech Republic is home to Pilsner Urquell and Budvar, where the USA Budweiser get's it's name.

In both Plzen, and Prague, there is a bar on just about every corner with these beers fresh On Tap. Czech Republic are the largest consumers of beer at a ratio of about 10 times per capita the next closest country. Absolutely refreshing, so astonishingly so, that you will never ever consume an American Pilsner beer from a can or bottle every again, as it is pure garbage in relation to the original brewer of the stuff.

    The Golden Nectar.

I got an almost perfect batch of this. When right, this is a top five IPA. AMAZING balance between chewy caramel malts and resinous hops. I can still taste it for minutes after each sip. Delicious!

Not beer, but sipping on a nice tumbler of Dewar's scotch.
