I'd take the chance in a ball pit everyday over the long term health issues that smoking marijuana, or anything for that matter, can cause. I don't really think we need to debate what is more unhealthy, but I'd be willing to bet that smoking marijuana causes more issues than ball pits. Of course that all depends on one's regularity of smoking or being in ball pits.

Although, this debate really has zero to do with if marijuana should be legal or not. Even with any health issues, I don't think it's more dangerous than a lot of other things that are perfectly legal and regulated, like alcohol, prescription medication and cigarettes. Legalizing marijuana would still mean there are regulations, just like alcohol. It would also have a major effect on the strain of the legal system.

Smoke Pot once per day, then take your shoes off and go into a different ball pit everyday. I will win that hands down as you will have contracted Pink Eye or Foot and Mouth before I finish my bong on the 5th day.

I rented a ball pit last week for a party.8 hours maybe 20 to 25 kids were in there some for about 1 to 2 hours at a time. They are all fine.2nd legalize pot tax it and it will lose its luster. But I am sure once the corrupt politicians figures a way to tax it it will get legalized.

As soon as the taxation becomes more profitable than pot smokers sitting in jail are to certain people, it will be legalized.

Oregon and Washington make $2.75 off every pack of 20 cigarettes, or can of Copenhagen as it is now, which based on pot purchases of the similar tobacco gram weight is VERY, VERY, VERY lucrative.

BC alone takes $5.75 or more on every pack of 25 smokes in Canada. A veritable Cash-Cow.

Privatized prisons are more lucrative for the people with real power.

Legalizing Pot, yet not taxing it too highly would get every State and the Fed into the Black in 6 months time, just on the pittance of tax alone.

All the Fed has to do is take $20.00 on every 1/4 oz. and the States can have $5.00 on the same and voila - Easy Street.

I don't get the system you just described. Are the taxing each 1/4 $20 or $5?

Both. Total tax of $25.00 either 15% and 10% on each quarter or a different split. It's simpler than a flat tax on income.

Keeping prices what the currently are you're pushing a $50-$60 purchase up around $75-$85. That won't fly like it does smokes. Marijuana doesn't have the same level of addiction.
