    Do "hot shipments" exist?

I bought one blaster pack of bowman football at my local target yesterday morning. For hits I got a Tom Brady card numbered to 50, and an Adrian Peterson card numbered to 50, as well as an autograph from some 7th rounder. After work, I stopped by to get another, and pulled a Julio jones card numbered to fifty. At this point, I felt I had to test my theory of a hot store, so I got another. I pulled a rg3 die cut refractor #/99. So I ask, did they get a case filled with hits? Or was I just lucky? Because te odds of that happening are astronomically low

They did make hot boxes before but I don't think they are too common. I know Leaf and Donruss have/had them but I don't know for sure if Topps does.

I got a baseball box from topps that was all purple refractors and an autograph earlier this year. Not amazingly hot, but certainly on purpose and cool.
