Isn't it kinda late for baseball? Unless we start soon. I vote hockey because I've been more successful with hockey than any other sports, but I'm up for anything. You should get a list of members who want to play and get this rolling, especially if you want to do baseball. I'm just saying. It's a great idea but only an idea if it never takes off

i agree...it just seems a little late for baseball right now. By the time you get the cards (a week if you have to buy them on eBay), it will be mid-August. Not much time after that. Football is a great idea.

I think I agree that either football, hockey, or basketball would be the best for now. I would like to try baseball next year though.

I would like to stay away from hockey because a decent percent of the teams are in Canada making shipping a challenge. It also looks like football is the most popular option.

What do you think the best football product that is sold in retail stores is?

Once we can agree on products and dates, I will post a new thread with the exact rules, point system, people in the competition, and dates and hopefully we can begin right around when the season starts.

I'm in for football then. Baseball would be my first preference, then football. I'm not interested in basketball or hockey (sorry).

Someone made a competition that seems to be fairly well organized, for the football people I would check it out. I'm likely going to watch it and then see where it goes, we could likely do 1 competition per season (possibly 2, 1 ML 1 prospects) for all 4 major sports.

Yeah, I started up a football one based on your idea. I think it's too late for baseball and the perfect time for football with training camp starting. If anyone is interested, sign up on the thread. If you do a basketball or hockey one, please PM me so I can get signed up.
