SIX "MTO" Papercuts :)
It may not be a complete 51/52 Parkie set like SOME people were showing off today hahahaaaaa, but I'm pretty happy with what arrived in the mail, after I coughed up $22.58 to the Federal Govt revenuers for GST and "handling"..........
These cards are ALL due to the creativity of Jon (DnJcards) and the production skills of Steve (GUCD231) for which I'm eternally grateful.
All I provided were the autographed index cards and the shpiels on the backs, which were mostly plagiarized from the interweb.
The cost, including the index cards? About 1/2 the price of a tin of UD The Cup. Seriously.
Without further adieu......................
My hero, Ken Dryden.....................
Jean Beliveau................
Bobby Orr.....................
Gordie Howe....................
Maurice Richard..............
Anddddd Paul Henderson. For some reason this card is my favorite. I was 5 years old in Montreal sitting on my uncle's lap when Henderson scored "The Goal". He shoved me aside and stood up screaming obscenties at the TV, SO angry that the series had been won by a Toronto Maple Leaf. God, I LOVE being Canadian!
I have a nice collection of cards, lots of variety, some numbered to 100 or 50 or 25 or 10, and a few other customs that I'm pretty sure I have the only copy of. But these cards........these cards are MINE. I looooooooves them, thanks again to Jon and Steve :)
