Honestly, it is not a bad lot but not everyone likes to drop near 800 bucks for a resale lot. Most people tend to go in the lower range for these types of lots, maybe break it up and try to do a football and a basketball lot?

Breaking it up like that wouldn't get me the money I need for the purchase I want to make. I just see people looking for a lot like this, then I post one and..... Nothing.
