He's the best player in the world and he can do whatever he wants on the ice and i believe he's gotten better with his cry baby routine. The worst league with regards to treatment of it's superstars and complainers is BY FAR the nba. They have a separate set of rules for them as I am sure most of you are aware.

Pittsburgh has their own rules as well. Just look at what James Neal does and gets, its honestly pathetic.

i've seen that as well but still not nearly as bad as what the nba all stars get away with. i am all for earning the respect of the officials in that league, but it's apples and oranges as far as calls are concerned.

That slu-foot turned knee on Marchand was pathetic how the NHL handled it. Honestly, any other team would have gotten 15-20 games for that act.

Yes they do, remember when they had 6 guys and a goalie on the ice in the cup finals for over a minute and no penalty. Until he dies Gretzky will be the face of the nhl no matter how hard Bettman tries to pimp Cindy on us fans.

Without watching the video, I can tell you people hate Crosby because he's the best in the world and people are jealous he's not on their team. Can you honestly say if Sids on your team your gonna hate the guy? I wish he's on the leafs but he's not but boy is he fun to watch

Refer to Cygnusx1's post, LOL. No we don't dislike him because he is 'the greatest player in the world.' We dislike him because of his antics: Diving, whining, cheap shots, slew-footing...etc.
Furthermore, does 'the greatest player in the world' really need to do all of the things that I just mentioned? Nope. He does it because he's a punk who also happens to be 'the greatest player in the world'Last edited by Yzerfan; 04-09-2014 at 10:11 PM.

I'd honestly rather watch Tavares, Ovi (when he actually tries) or Stamkos. All 3 are more exciting to watch. Crosby honestly gets away with too much. Watch him closely during a game. Most guys tend to fall when he gets close. Not once has he gotten called for a trip or interference. Oh and that nice act he had in game 3 against the Isles last season doesn't help either.
