Official Discussion Thread - Round 1 - New York Rangers vs. Philadelphia Flyers
It's a Metropolitan Division battle between the Rangers and the Flyers. These two teams have a lot of history, and this should be a great tilt.

Agree with the above, plus the curse of "the world's greatest player" is gone, Giroux has his mojo back and the Flyer's follow his lead. Too much orange hair to handle as well.

I have Flyers, but I believe it's gonna be a close one in 7 games. It could very well happen in 6, but I just can't see Rangers winning.

Simmonds is also on a rampage. He's going around guys, through guys, and passing like a Gretzky or an Adam Oates. The puck is also following him around like a lost dog. One Nash hiccup, and it's over.

Flyers have this easy, only thing that can keep the Rangers alive at all in this series is Lundqvist but it won't be enough for the blueshirts.
