Hello, SCF! I am a high school coach/English teacher in Texas. I am a longtime member of StarTiger due to an autograph assignment we do each year in my class (you can see our results at Connelly's Operation Autograph on Facebook). Through some of my good buddies on that site, I heard about SCF. I have loved card collecting since I was 8 years old, but like many of you my cards bit the dust over the years due to an overzealous cleaning mom. My daughter is in high school, and she is in love with Tim Lincecum. She has built a really solid PC over the past year. I recently started a PC of Jeff Fuller, a local kid who went to the same college as I did - I loved to watch his dad play back in the day as well. I spend some time sending TTM auto requests to former Texas Rangers and professional golfers and anyone else that me or my kids enjoy. I spend too much money on Ebay for occasional cards for us, and I have over 1,500 positive feedback with 100% satisfaction. I just wanted to let you know what we like in case you come across something cool that would be very reasonable and fit into our PCs. As of right now, I'm the varsity boys and girls golf coach (JV too). Over the years I've coached varsity basketball, softball, football, track and cross country. But now my own kids are all between 6th-11th grades, and golf is enough to keep me busy. They're growing up too fast. Thanks for rolling out the welcome mat!

Very nice-- I know just how busy and time consuming high school coaching can be! I am still in high school but have coached 7 football teams myself. It is very rewarding but also very stressful.
