    Actual Panini Customer Service?

I am having a long-lasting issue with contacting Panini Customer Service with regards to a Quality Assurance claim I filed in November of last year and a couple of redemptions.

I have left at least 10 voice messages at 817-662-5203, and not a single one has been returned. I have also left an update request through the actual QA submission once a month since I filed it. On 22Apr, they actually closed the QA claim due to my not sending in the required documents...even though I scanned and attached the documents (QA tag from the box and receipt) the day I filed...and it's still there for them to see.

How has anyone actually gotten things resolved with them? Is there another number I can call?

Unfortunately I have nothing to add to this that can assist you. I'm in the same boat, been trying for months and nothing! While there's some folks who get an immediate reaction. I must be chopped liver in Panini's eyes, lol.

Finally got through to a living, breathing person today. The reason I was given for Panini ignoring my QA ticket that the documents needed to be submitted the same day as the request...mine were submitted the next day. Ridiculous, if you ask me.

The Customer Service rep also told me that many of the 2013 Elite Extra Edition redemptions (and ALL of mine) were going to be filled with replacements due to the players "not signing or other difficulties". I will post here what I get as a replacement.
