RARE Dale Earnhardt Jr. OverSized Card I have NOT seen it before

Title says it all.
I was looking thru my old Winston Cup Driver Hand outs yesterday.
I didn't realize I had so Many.
BUT That is when Racing Was Racing.
I Use to go to the track back in 1999 Back Than they would give you
a huge Bag And it was full of Winston Cup Items Even Cigarettes.
But while looking threw stuff I found this card It was sandwiched
between hundreds of Driver Handouts. And In an over-sized Top Loader I don't know what year it is.
There is "NO" Date But It's actually is an advertizement for NAPA It Measures 3" X 4". It's in great shape.
And it's After His Dad's Passing. It says Owner: Teresa Earnhardt So It's After His Death 02/2001 .
Other than that I don't know squat about it or where I Got It.
It also looks like there is a Perforation on the Right and on the Top.
BUT To be honest you would NEVER know it was perforated.
You have to REALLY look at it to see it. I used a Magnifying Glass to see it.
The corners are just so sharp you would never know.
So I don't know if it was off a sheet and they
UN-perforated them in large number's before the Race as a bag stuffer.
I Don't think it was in a Book because I would have left it in the book.
