Wow ….
Busy day. Florida, Buffalo, Tampa, Washington, Devils, Rangers, Colorado, Dallas, have all gone right bonkers today, with several lesser moves by other clubs.Last edited by centrehice; 07-01-2014 at 07:26 PM.

Not so sure about this one. Hopefully it turns out to be a good signing and not Wade Redden part 2.

Dan Boyle is a wonderful mover of the puck, and can skate, something you won't find in Staal.

All in all, with the exception of the Gorges schmozzle, I think Bergevin had himself a great day today. In just two short years he's created an environment where people are choosing Montreal as a destination where they feel they can be part of a Cup-contending team. Gone are the days when we'd have to try to overpay mid-range stars (here's looking at you, 2006 Daniel Briere) to entice them to come to Montreal. That's a good culture change.Habs fan and collector! Main PC's: Carey Price, Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, Juraj Slafkovsky, and of course...

Also glad to see that John Scott is now in the west. However, that goon doesn't even deserve to be in the league.
