Dan Wheldon Tribute
So I am a huge Dan Wheldon fan, and it was very sad that he passed away in 2011. I had the honor of being at the Indy 500 in 2011 in which he won his last race. In his honor I decided to do a project in which I wanted to get the autograph of the top 5 drivers who qualified next to him (Dan qualified 6th) on their car, as well as the starting grid photo that I took from my seat. Out of the 12 total autographs that I need for this set, I have 10. The last 2 that I need are Oriol Servia on the grid photo and his car photo...I am also going to get the starting car photo of Dan Wheldon to put where it says him name..Once done I do plan to frame it something like this...what do u all think?

Alex Tagliani 1st
Scott Dixon 2nd
Oriol Servia 3rd (Still need his car signed)
Townsend Bell 4th
Will Power 5th
Helio Castrovenes was just another one i had to add to the photo
The grid photo is signed by Tags, Power, Helio, Dixon and Bell already.
Going to try to get the other 32 drivers from the starting grid that day. I have 11 right now out of 33. Can't get Dan, and I have about 10 ready to go for next racing season. A few might be very hard to get but this is the 11 that i have so far.
Pic 1: Tags, Dixon, Marco Andretti, Will Power
Pic 2: Hinchcliff, Jay Howard, Kimball, and Kanaan
Pic 3: Hunter-Reay, Castroneves, and Bell.

I was a Wheldon fan and at the race myself, as I lived in Indianapolis at the time. I knew he was a one-off but I searched that track trying to find a Wheldon hat or tee! Hildebrand's car finally came to a stop right in front of me. Luckily I was fortunate enough to get him to sign a mini-helmet that May. I didn't try to get a pic with him but now I really regret it. "
Good luck on your collection. Do you know of any sites that are good for any kind of IndyCar card trading, info, etc?
