I haven't updated my PC guys to get a good count for a while, but here's how the BV of my ENTIRE collection (all cards, not just PC) is distributed for the last four seasons, combined:

    Panini: 36.6%
    Upper Deck: 33.9%
    ITG: 29.5%

    Panini 248
    UD 208
    ITG 7

I very easily prefer UD but since panini has/had to make 8 different parallels of every single base card there was tons more to collect
    Bobby Ryan NON 1/1 PC 1280/1339 95.6%
    Aidan Dudas NON 1/1 PC 47/47 100%!!!!!
    Nick Suzuki PC 152 cards
    Wayne Gretzky PC 1593 cards
    Wade Boggs PC 359 cards
    Tony Gwynn PC 187 cards
    Derek Jeter PC 90 cards

    Panini: 57%
    UD: 42%
    ITG: 1%

Out of this I have the entire 10-11 Limited Phenoms set which I keep just because I find it looks fantastic. If I remove those and just go for my active Sens PC, then my Panini/UD %ages switch places (mathematical oddity goodness):

    Panini: 42%
    UD: 57%
    ITG: 1%

I'll look at it a bit differently:

    Panini Prime Colors:

    2011-12: 42
    2012-13: 15
    2013-14: TBD!

    Domion Peerless Patches and autos

    2010-11 and 2011-12: 43

Panini Treasures - TBD as well!

I pulled all the Lemieux numbers and here they are:

    Upper Deck - 171
    Panini - 84
    ITG - 54
    Other - 3

Since I only collect the one guy, everything counts but I agree with ranford, I have a lot of less than 10 pieces to look for.

For my main PC, which is Pavel Datsyuk, here's the numbers for years 2010-11 to 2013-14. Winner in bold.

    2010-11:

    Panini: 50 cards of 157 produced (31,85%)
Upper Deck: 40 cards of 151 produced (26,49%)

    2011-12:

Upper Deck: 21 cards of 108 produced (19,44%)
    Panini: 35 cards of 197 produced (17,77%)

    2012-13:

Upper Deck: 31 cards of 98 produced (31,63%)
    Panini: 22 cards of 103 produced (21,36%)

    2013-14 (to date):

Upper Deck: 18 cards of 70 produced (25,71%)
    Panini: 21 cards of 139 produced (15,11%)

So in terms of number of cards, I have more from Panini, but looking at the percentage, three years out of four I have a higher percentage of cards from UD.

I think the reason is that Panini has more expo cards out there.

    Alex
