Almost 330 pm and nothing uploaded on Photobucket's part so far. I'm willing to go one of two routes here at this point:

1) Re-do the selection and take a screen shot of the winner. That can be instantly uploaded as proof without any delays. I could also include the few members who messaged since last night's cut-off in the new draw. I'm happy to entertain the notion that this is unfair if that's how people feel.

2) Just announce the winner in a post, and link to the video if/when photobucket decides to post it. Who knows at this point.
