Thought I would share this. I had seen another member post this somewhere on SCF and sorry I do not remember who. I had just saved the site to my favorites at the time. You can order Canadian postage $1.20 each for regular envelope from Canada to USA for your return envelopes and they will deliver these stamps to US address when ordered. Here is the website:
