I was going to guess the legendary Jim Johnston but to my knowledge I don't think he's in the WWE Hall of Fame and I know Sherri sang the original HBK theme song. So, I'm going to guess the late Sensational Sherri?

No zep both those are incorrect. HBKs music was one of the few that Jim Johnson didnt write for a WWE wrestler, ironically.

Well I guessed the late Sensational Sherri, not Jim Johnston. But if it's neither of those then I'll guess Jimmy Hart?

Correct. 'The Mouth From The South' Jimmy Hart, who had an abbreviated career in music before getting into wrestling, wrote HBKs entrance music.

    Your turn Zeppelin

Name me the 3 wrestlers Bret Hart defeated at the inaugural 1993 King of the Ring PPV to win the King of the Ring tournament. This is an easy question to look up but to throw twist I also want you to tell me the wrestling maneuver he used to win each match. (I.E. gimme the 3 wrestlers he beat and the 3 moves he used to win each match)

It wasn't a Sunset Flip but you pretty much got everything else correct so I'll give it to you. Razor attempted a Superplex but Bret countered mid-air and landed on top of him for the pinfall. He reversed a Small Package by the late Mr. Perfect and got the pinfall. And in the finals he pinned the late Bam Bam Bigelow with a Victory Roll! I remember it like it was yesterday..

Nice job, please ask your question, ajcorleone!
