Why is Obama awesome/evil?
I think i'm dealing with a dumb and dumber situation, just cant figure out which is which,so let see if anyone can make it clear to me
1.The person who wholeheartedly backed Obama and couldn"t see that he was just a talking head who never worked a honest day and biggest qualification was teleprompter reading
2.The person who thinks Obama is the antichrist who is going to bring an end to all when he's just a talking head on perpetual fundraising/vacation
or is it a case of equal stupids
Everyone does realize that the president really doesn't have much power, bully pulpit and sign or veto are pretty much it

Neither.
Obama is a failure, but not for the insanely mental reasons the pathetic GOP believe so.
He is not a socialist, he is not the antichrist, he's not even a damn liberal.
He is (ironically) Bush 2.0....the GOP is just too stupid to notice and call him every name in the book while not actually criticizing him for the things he SHOULD be criticized for.
Obama is a man who continued the status quo, changed nothing, continued horrible polices such as NDAA and the Patriot Act, did NOTHING against NSA, and probably most disappointing of all.....wants to engage in more pointless wars that will further alienate the U.S with their allies and make it's enemies hate them even more, thus continuing the cycle of nonsense.

Obama is neither awesome nor evil. These are two extreme concepts held by people who accept the media perpetuated perceptions of him. Watch MSNBC and Obama can do no wrong, watch FoxNews and Obama can do no right. The reality is that Obama is a middle-of-the-road, ineffective, mouth piece with no real stance on any issue, no real idea of how to handle anything and no real value to the American people.

That is the issue with the political climate currently. So many people align themselves into either extreme based off of which party they support no matter what happens. citizens, talk show hosts, and so on. It completely stalls everything and we end up wasting time instead of actually fixing things.

Yeah, I think you know the real answer, just as I'm sure all the P&R folks here do. This is something we can all agree on, for once. :)

Middle of the Road? On what? Has the left shifted that far to the extreme that Barry is considered middle of the road?

By middle of the road I mean he is wishy-washy and never takes a hard stance on anything (until he has no choice). He walks the middle of the road until he sees which direction is the popular choice and goes that route.

So he's a spineless shill, but he's not middle of the road if you read his quotes, beliefs and voting record (and no shows).
