Case Purchase soon (after vacation/DBA eBay Fundraiser)

I'm looking to get some traders/cards to sell off to recoup some of the money I would spend. So, if you had the chance to purchase a case, what would you purchase?

Cost is generally the save for all of these products. Why/why not.

    Save your money.

All those products are priced like that for a reason. Your rate of return will be garbage without hitting something massive. H&P will net less than 50% [13-14 was a weak product and draft class. If you don't hit an Ekblad auto or auto/mem (or similar), you lose.], Limited 60% on a good day [Panini killed a lot of these early products 'saving' RC content to overload Rookie Anthology. A weak RC class in 12-13 didn't help. You need to hit a 1/1 or a major auto to not need to sell base at $3/per.], and Certified probably just under 50% [A mess product with no following. You need to hit big names to not wind up with piles of $1 bin filler]. All of the numbers I suggest will heavily depend on your ability to move the base which is nowhere near a guarantee...

[I apologize for my brutally honest assessment of each product for the guys who do like them. I'm an H&P fan myself, but when I can pick up 3Ds for $2/per dlvd - $40/box is still too much.]

I think you're getting decent value there, with the number of hits, but you won't pull anything that's a huge seller. At least not very likely.

I would stay away from all those products too. Limited is pretty much garbage as the RC was bad and the rookie redemptions they inserted aren't worth anything.

H&P would be my choice if I had to pick but again the Draft class was weak and there isn't much there.

Certified is a disaster as the rookies sell terribly except Mackinnon and its not worth it.

See if one of the stores right over the border can help you so the wrappers. Either that or a fellow member on here. I'm pretty sure there's a couple right in the Niagara Falls region.
I collect Matt Dzieduszycki, Derek King, Pierre Turgeon (Isles only), Zigmund Palffy (Isles only) plus specific current Isles (mainly Wahlstrom, Dobson, Barzal, Beauvillier, Pulock)
